lyrics

I thought I saw...

Ocala, was where we met,
To praise a child of what we knew no existence.

I thought I saw...
And from the start
I wore the word:
"To die here, yet not alone,
and mourn and steal, doomed to drugs"
Its due, the feeling - but these droogs are mine.
And we discovered it in lonely weights,
to make us sink into our place.
Hollow, and wide-eyed I saw:

Your lips are begging to be busted open,
Blue and beautiful like a plum,
Your lips are begging to be busted open,
Blood all over, in floods...

Into the burn, I laid the cost,
My lips all blue, encrusting childhood.
All thanks to you my ship had sailed.
The second we do something of worth,
its all rained out...
I believed in you, and your touch
was too much of a good thing indeed.
It's a shame no one believed in me.

Singing my birthday song
